High art comes in all forms. And when it comes to chocolate, Yann Lusseau, pastry chef extraordinaire of Parker-Lusseau Pastries, never settles for less. "It's the artistic process that I really enjoy," Lusseau said. "That's why I'm in this profession to start with." Join us for an afternoon of hands-on chocolate! Learn methods of working with chocolate from tempering, ganache and chocolate truffle making. And yes, all participants will head home with edible art.
